By accessing the storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them. You must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and be legally capable of entering into the purchase.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your password and email access. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or order has been used without permission.

We aim to describe products, colours, sizing, availability and prices accurately. Screen settings, brand sizing and manufacturing changes can cause reasonable differences. Product images are illustrative and packaging may change.

Prices are shown in Indian rupees unless stated otherwise. Applicable charges are presented before order confirmation. We may correct genuine pricing, description or stock errors and will contact you if an affected order cannot be fulfilled as placed.

Submitting checkout is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not require us to accept an order. Acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the order is confirmed for fulfilment, subject to stock, verification and serviceability.

We may refuse or cancel orders affected by suspected fraud, payment failure, stock errors, delivery restrictions, misuse, obvious pricing mistakes or legal requirements. Any captured amount for a cancelled order will be handled through the applicable refund process.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include online payment through Razorpay and cash on delivery for eligible baskets or destinations. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Cash-on-delivery availability and charges can differ from prepaid orders. We may request order or contact verification before dispatch. Repeated refusal, fraudulent activity or failed deliveries may affect future cash-on-delivery eligibility.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by serviceability, courier operations, weather, public holidays, verification or events outside reasonable control. Risk and responsibility transfer as required by applicable consumer law.

Ready-to-ship and preorder products may be dispatched separately. Preorder dates are estimates rather than guarantees. The checkout and order pages will show the applicable delivery grouping and charges before confirmation.

Cancellation availability depends on the order stage. Eligible returns must follow the Returns & Exchanges policy, including time limits, product condition and packaging requirements. Personalised, hygiene-sensitive, used or otherwise excluded products may not qualify except where required by law.

Approved refunds are returned through the applicable payment route or another lawful method. Processing time after approval depends on the payment provider and banking network.

Verified purchasers may submit honest product ratings and reviews after delivery. Reviews must be relevant, lawful and must not contain harassment, private information, advertising, false claims or infringing material. We may hide content that breaches these standards while preserving genuine consumer feedback.

You must not interfere with storefront security, scrape or misuse data, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious code, impersonate another person, manipulate reviews or use the service for unlawful activity.

The Cleats Apparel name, storefront design, original text, graphics and software are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners. No content may be commercially reused without permission or another lawful basis.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the storefront, and our responsibility for a product order will not exceed the amount lawfully attributable to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumer disputes remain subject to the rights and forums available under applicable law. Other disputes are subject to courts with lawful jurisdiction in India.

We may revise these terms to reflect service or legal changes. The terms displayed when you place an order govern that transaction unless a change is required by law.
